| In the 1850 census of Bloomington, McLean Co., IL, David, 19, is living with George M. Mclaughlin, 45, his wife Margaret, 36, and children Elizabeth, 13, Mary J., 11, George, 10, and Margaret, 5. David was born in IL. David shows up living with Tillman and Alex in Cherokee Co., KS, in 1870. There´s a place for him in the 1830 and 1840 census, but nothing else is known. In the 1880 census of Jackson Twp, Jasper Co., MO, David, 48, is a miner. He's listed in his own household, but next to John Mulkey, 54, his sister Elisabeth, 48, niece Nancy Martin, 15, and brother Alexander, 42, and his family. John and Alex are also miners.
