Nobleman Denis Bernard, a lawyer at the Parliament of Paris, came into Brittany in order to participate in the reformation of the Nobility of the province, as ordered in 1666. Afterwards, he was a judge and Lord's attorney (attorney at law) of the jurisdiction of Regaires de Saint-Brieuc. His arms were registered at the Armorial general of 1696: "Azure with a band or, charged with three mullets sable" |
